POSITION/DESCRIPTION: The Office Manager is responsible for helping manage several businesses primarily involved in the hospitality and real estate industries in the Finger Lakes area. This position has a flexible schedule, class or course reimbursement, and a performance bonus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED
Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets (spreadsheets), Docs) a plus
Experience with Quickbooks a plus
Experience with AirBNB and VRBO a plus
Friendly, motivated, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Sound judgment and a good work ethic
JOB DUTIES:
Help Dave and Jason with day to day business operations
Communicating with vacation rental guests
Scheduling vacation rental cleaning team, collaborating on supplies, calling for maintenance on vacation rentals
Scan and send invoices to accountant, entering payables into Quickbooks, printing checks in Quickbooks
Reconcile bank statements
Record tenant rent checks
Call vendors

Bunnell Associates is family owned and operated. Involved primarily in the hospitality industry in the Finger Lakes. We operate a small 31 resort property, restaurant, a commercial property in downtown Geneva, and several vacation rentals. Our office in downtown Geneva.
