LFG Wash

Wow a client said they weren’t going to pay because the next day they had drainage that looks like this. Just to educate any future or past customers, when we spray gallons of water on your siding, the years of dirt and dust buildup are stored behind the siding and around windows and shutters and will drain for up to 24 hrs after. Siding has drainage holes that store water. This is not due to us missing areas. Please expect to see this type of drainage in little spots. Especially if your siding is dark like this color siding. A quick rinse with the hose will remove it. Unfortunately we can’t wait at a house until it’s done draining. It will be draining 24 hrs after a wash. Thank you.
