They are on backorder, and it says that on the site when you order.

As of right now, and as far as we know, everybody is out of stock on the duty belts. We are one of the few places, if any, that are allowing people to backorder them. When your orders come in, we add them immediately to our order with Kore, and the belts will ship to you the day they arrive with us.
