It has been an interesting Week.
I had my Linked in account hijacked, I was able to get it back but have to rebuild it all of my pictures, articles, and videos are gone. My profile needs to be re-done.
Then I started getting phone calls asking about a truck for sale on FB marketplace. Someone hijacked my FB account and was sending friend requests and posting on FB marketplace using my information.
The icing on the cake was my Amazon account was compromised.
someone added their address to my account and tried to order $1,000 worth of electronics on my Discover card. I was able to cancel that order, But they placed another order for $432 worth of electronics and archived the order and it shipped to my house. I had already disputed the charge with Discover and they are sending me a new card.
I am at fault for not changing my password on a regular basis. I will recommend not having your credit cards and passwords saved in your shopping accounts. You just never know when you will be hacked.
