I am a huge fan of East Coast oysters. This particular painting captures the essence of Real Oyster Cult's very own ROC Reserve oysters, grown in Duxbury Bay, Massachusetts. They are utterly sublime and are the kind of oyster I could eat forever.

I'm happy to report that this artwork has now found a home with a new collector here in North Carolina. Thank you, Sims and Rob , for inspiring my work (and sating my appetite) with your amazing bivalves!

Here’s something completely different: an oyster AND CLAM plate! As much as I am obsessed with oysters, clams are a VERY close second in my gastronomic repertoire. So, to showcase my love of both, I hand painted alternating oysters and clams. This is the ONLY plate I’ve painted like this. What do you think? Should I paint more?
