The gardener’s wife fulfilled her promise by making a delicious soup with the freshly harvested Sh*taki mushrooms from the Eddie Ellis Commmunity Garden , and it is deliciously enjoyable.

Master Gardner Tim Chatman has been extremely busy at the Eddie Ellis Community Garden. These Sh*taki mushrooms logs were place in the garden early November and produce these beautiful mushrooms.
