Chicken Parmesan in motion time-lapse.
I will always remember this recipe after working at an Italian restaurant for years as a cook. While most people think chicken or eggplant Parmesan are difficult recipes, they really only have a few ingredients. I usually don't measure anything out and adjust the ratio of each to your specific taste.

To capture this video I used several motion control rigs including Dynamic Perception slider, pan\tilt head and custom focus motor. For most of the close-up clips I inverted the slider so the pan/tilt head was under the slider.

Sauce:
1 Diced Onion
Fresh Basil Bunch
Garlic
28oz can of Italian Tomatoes
Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Red Pepper Flakes
Bay Leaves (optional)

Breading:
Fresh Parsley
Parmesan or Romano Cheese
Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Bread Crumbs
