Low-Fidelity Brewing

Lots of excitement these days, especially now that the littlest assistant brewer is home. What does this mean? It means we're Kegging this weekend, that's what it means. And it means look for brew days in the coming week or two.

Anyone out there know a home brewer that went pro? Did they succeed? Do they still love to brew or did it become a job?

It's been a heck of a week and it's only Tuesday. I've had to take some time off of the real job and that's put a damper on some planned things around here. But the good news is that the newest brew is fermenting merrily away. Sunday she'll begin her diacetyl rest. The Vienna is on gas and lagering. For all the chaos, it's still an exciting time to be brewing, and we look forward to the next batch, whatever and whenever that may be. Thanks for the support, everyone.
