Lee joined Coastal Structures back in 2008 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. A third-generation carpenter with over 30 years of experience, he brings deep knowledge and skill to every project he oversees—from custom residential homes to detailed framing and trim carpentry.

Throughout his time with us, Lee has played a key role in several major medical construction projects, including renovations at Tidelands in Georgetown and the Medical Office Building in Market Common. His attention to detail and commitment to quality make a lasting impact on every job site.

When Lee isn’t leading projects and keeping things running smoothly, you’ll likely find him out on the trail—trading his work boots for hiking shoes and enjoying the outdoors. 🌲

From an abandoned shell to a Market Common landmark, the renovation of 1229 Shine remains a favorite. Coastal Structures revitalized this space with a 1,500-square-foot addition, a custom smokehouse, and the iconic wrap-around bar that anchors the room.

It has been a community staple for years now, proving exactly what’s possible when you reimagine an underutilized footprint.
