Ahhhhh feels so good!!!

The last few weeks have been less than stellar as far as my health nd fitness goals go. ðŸĪŠ

Going thru the motions but not actually committing to a routine, a routine that I know works time and time again. ðŸĪ—

For me, prepping is the first step to success, when I have all my meals prepped ahead it's sooo much easier and there are no excuses. By the way, this took me about a 1/2 hour to put together once the spaghetti squash was cooked. 👍👍

I don't have all day to prepare for the week.... especially today....its
Go !!!!

I have my workout calendar hung up, clothes already laid out for thr morning and an accountability group to check into with my progress.

I'm so stinking excited to get back into a routine 😝
