🚨 UTVs, GOLF CARTS & MINI-TRUCKS NOW PERMITTED IN GEORGETOWN 🚨

The Village of Georgetown has adopted an ordinance allowing the operation of Under-Speed Vehicles (golf carts), Utility Vehicles (UTVs), and Mini-Trucks on Village roadways. This will go into effect March 28th.

🔴 INSPECTION REQUIRED BEFORE OPERATION

Before operating on Village streets, your vehicle must:
✅ Pass inspection using Ohio DPS Form 1373
✅ Provide proof of insurance
✅ Obtain a Certificate of Title
✅ Display a valid Ohio license plate
✅ Pay $25 inspection fee (Appointment Only)

🛣 Vehicles are permitted on roads 35 MPH or less and must obey all traffic laws.

👤 Operators must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
