Not all sunscreens are the same! The two main types are:

🧴 Mineral Sunscreens – Use ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide to sit on top of the skin and reflect UV rays. Great for sensitive skin and children.

🧴 Chemical Sunscreens – Absorb UV rays before they can damage your skin. These formulas are often lightweight and easy to apply.

No matter which type you choose, look for:
✅ Broad-spectrum protection (UVA & UVB)
✅ SPF 30 or higher
✅ Water resistance if you'll be swimming or sweating
