There is a certain Magick to a drum circle. A sense of being "home". Your with your universal family. Your community. The drum doesn't care who you are or where you have been. You are HERE, NOW. As spirit. Drumming. With the drum there is no division. You become part of the whole.

Namaste Panama City, FL. So blessed for this part of our soul journey. The end of a chapter and the start of infinite new beginnings!!!

Join us for Humming & Drumming Friday September 13th 6:30-7:30 Capstone House suggested donation $20

Come learn about and experience humming: a simple, easy and effective form of sound healing. We will combine this with the beats and rhythms of the buffalo drum for a relaxing, meditative and uplifting evening.

Benefits of humming:
-releases melatonin and oxytocin (you can hum yourself to sleep)
- calms the nervous system and begins the bodies rest and digest process
-sends sound vibrations to every inch of your body

Come check the market out. We will be there amongst many other amazing vendors! We will have the massage table set up, dropping some beats and knowledge bombs about the drums, vibrations and healing, and perhaps an open drum circle throughout the evening 🌞🪘. It is always a great time
