Easy 3 ingredient diy crumble cookies

Ingredients:
1 box cake mix (I used FunFetti)
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Frost with any type of store bought frosting or homemade buttercream

Combine ingredients in large bowl. Place balls of dough on a cookie sheet.
Bake on 350° for 10 minutes. Take out of oven and let completely cool down before placing frosting. Enjoy! 😉

Beef & Cheese Enchiladas

Ingredients:
12 corn tortillas
Sauce:
7 dried Pasilla chiles & 1 Guajillo chili
1/2 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 can green enchilada sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp beef bouillon powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
4 cups water

Filling:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can green chilis
Chili powder,paprika,cumin,pepper

Top:
1/2 pound grated cheddar & mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350°. Take seeds out of dried chilis and place them in a large bowl of 4 cups hot water. Add all sauce ingredients into blender with 4 cups hot water from bowl.
Grate cheese.
In large skillet brown ground beef with chopped onion,drain, add remaining filling ingredients. Set aside.
Wrap corn tortillas in wet paper towels and microwave for 1 minute.
In casserole dish pour 1 cup sauce onto bottom. Roll each enchilada making sure entire tortilla is covered in sauce before rolling (might have to add more sauce throughout rolling). When finished rolling, add sauce and cheese on top. Bake on 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly in middle. Enjoy!

Easy (Fool Proof)Artisan Style Bread

Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups ap flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 package instant yeast
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

Combine water,yeast and 1 tsp sugar in bowl until bubbly (about 10 minutes). In large bowl add flour,salt,sugar and yeast mixture and stir until combined. Cover and let set for 4 hours.

Place dutch oven in 425° oven for 30 minutes. Place dough onto floured parchment paper with flour on hands. Form dough into ball and dust with flour and cut slits on top. Place both bread and parchment paper in hot dutch oven. Bake 425° covered for 30 minutes and then uncovered for 5 minutes. Let rest on rack when done. Wait until completely cooled to slice. Enjoy!❤️
