I have been following so many yogis on Instagram and TONS of them do SUP Yoga! Let's see, Yoga, mindful meditation, rippling lake water, bright sunshine, fresh air. Who is excited as I am for Spring and Summer in Central Texas? I'm ready to get my boards out on the lake! Stay tuned for when I start my Wednesday morning SUP yoga/meditation class.

Can't wait for it to warm up so I can start a SUP mediation and basic yoga/stretch class.

OK-I need ideas for good SUP boarding places for when Lake Georgetown is blown out by wind, which seems to be more often than not lately. I want people to have fun on the boards and strong winds blowing you all over the place and wind-chop is definitely not fun. Any ideas??
