Join us for a week of theatre fun!

Participants will learn music and choreography from a family-friendly musical and create art projects related to the show. Along with theatre education, social skills, emotional identification, and teamwork will be emphasized.

Our Adaptive Theatre camps meet Monday - Friday from 5:30 - 7:30pm at the Palace Theatre's education building, the Doug Smith Performance Center.

Each camp will culminate with a performance on Friday evening.

Our adaptive classes and camps are appropriate for students on the autism spectrum or those with various diagnoses such as Down syndrome, severe ADHD, or any other developmental or sensory processing disorders. Students under 18 may be asked to provide their individualized EP (Education Program) or 504 Plan.

All camps are staffed with performing arts-loving educators trained in inclusive education.

Some financial assistance may be available, and external funding is accepted.

For questions as to whether or not these classes and camps are the right fit for you or your student, please contact Adaptive Program Coordinator Trina Sherman at [email protected].

Placement is determined after a meeting with the Program Coordinator.
