This week, we're hosting Building Stronger Nonprofit Leadership, a two-day event on July 23 and 24 in Georgetown. We're thrilled to have Susan Decker facilitating. With 25 years in the nonprofit sector and experience as a Senior Governance Consultant for BoardSource, she brings expertise our attendees won't want to miss.

This is just the start: GHF has more trainings on the way, so follow along and don't miss what's next!

5,500 meals delivered to 325 homebound Georgetown residents this year.

When federal emergency food funding disappeared, the Meals on Wheels program through Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties kept every route running and every senior fed.

No waitlist. No gap in care. Just neighbors making sure neighbors don't go without.

Follow Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties and see their mission to serve neighbors in need, one family at a time!

Calling all Board Chairs and Executive Directors: this one's for pairs.

Alignment at the top doesn't happen by accident. On July 24, you'll work side by side to clarify roles, build a feedback culture that holds under pressure, and leave with 2-3 working agreements you built together, ready to put into practice right away.

This session is led by Susan Decker, a leading expert in nonprofit governance and strategy.

Bring your counterpart. This one's better together!

The Center for Nonprofit Success is officially live for nonprofits in 30 counties throughout Central Texas!

This new initiative is a partnership between us at Georgetown Health Foundation and Central Texas Community Foundation.

The Center gives nonprofit leaders 24/7 access to vetted tools, training, and resources so they can spend less time searching for best practices and more time doing what they do best.

We couldn't be more excited to see this vision come to life, and even more excited for what it means for the nonprofits and communities it will serve.

Be sure to follow the Center for Nonprofit Success on Facebook to learn more.

On Monday, we held our Annual Grant Partner Celebration, with twenty grant partners and $1.362 million in funding going right back into Williamson County.

We've always believed strong nonprofits build a healthier community, and yesterday was about celebrating the people making that happen. We are grateful for every one of them!
