I got the opportunity to sub today, which I love. I get to spend time with the children in a completely different way than when I teach. I had a lunch table full of winkers!!! Those sweet faces tho…😉

This week in yoga, our theme was fall, and the kids explored it through movement:
🌳 Standing tall like trees
🍂 Curling up like acorns
🦋 Stretching wide like butterflies

Movement helps children connect ideas with their bodies. When they embody the seasons, stories, and animals, they’re not just having fun—they’re learning balance, focus, and imagination along the way.

I’m so grateful for these little yogis who remind me that learning can be joyful, playful, and full of wiggles. 💛.
