Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?’

Today we reflect on the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and his dedication to service. We are proud to serve the Georgetown and Austin communities every day, striving to improve the quality of life for our patients. Happy MLK Day.

Traveling with Comfort in Mind

Heading out of town for the holidays? Don't let travel pain be an uninvited guest! A little planning can go a long way in keeping your journey comfortable

Holiday Pain Tip:
• Support Your Spine: Whether you're driving or flying, use a lumbar pillow or a rolled-up towel to support the natural curve of your lower back. This can significantly reduce muscle fatigue and discomfort.

• Move regularly: Take breaks every hour or two to stretch your legs and walk around to improve circulation.
