I love hearing stories that remind us every business starts small.
No huge audience. No massive funding. Just courage, word of mouth, and a willingness to keep improving little by little.
Honestly, that gives a lot of people hope.
What’s something you started before you felt fully ready?
One thing I keep learning is that courage doesn’t always mean feeling fearless.
Sometimes it simply means the dream becomes more important than staying comfortable.
That reminder hit me deeply in this conversation.
What’s one dream you know you need to stop postponing?
One of the hardest things to accept is that growth often feels like loss before it feels like breakthrough.
Sometimes life prunes us, stretches us, or completely redirects us into unfamiliar territory. But looking back, those seasons often become the very things that shape who we’re meant to become.
What’s a hard season that changed your life for the better?
Sometimes we need to hear the reminder again:
You are here for a reason.
Not to play small. Not to live afraid. But to fully step into the life you were created for.
What dream have you been putting off out of fear?
It’s easy to overlook freedom when it’s all you’ve ever known.
But hearing someone talk about coming from oppression into opportunity is a reminder that freedom is both a gift and a responsibility. That perspective stayed with me.
What’s one thing you’ve started appreciating more lately?
I think a lot of people wait until they stop feeling afraid before they take the next step.
But courage has never meant fear disappears. It means you move anyway — even when people don’t understand your choices, even when the outcome feels uncertain.

I think a lot of us spend so much time chasing the end result that we forget to notice who we’re becoming in the process.
The lessons, the people, the growth, the patience, the deeper relationships… sometimes that’s the real reward.
Save this reminder to enjoy the journey too.
I think a lot of frustration comes from expecting life to unfold exactly the way we planned it.
The truth is, even the best plans change once reality hits. But planning still matters because it teaches us how to adapt, pivot, and keep moving forward when things don’t go the way we expected.
Save this reminder for the messy middle.
There’s something powerful about building a business that actually reflects your values.
Not just in what you sell, but in how you lead, who you hire, and the kind of environment you create every day.
Sometimes freedom looks like finally building something that feels honest to who you are.
Save this if it resonates.
We live in a world that tells us to have the whole plan figured out.
But sometimes God doesn’t give us the blueprint because He’s teaching us to trust Him one step at a time. And honestly… that kind of patience can feel harder than the work itself.
