This girl is returning to the shelter Saturday. Until then we can still try and find her a new family. As much we hate her going to the shelter and living in less fancy conditions it's kind of out of our hands. 😢
It's getting harder and harder to find families for adoptable pets so please help the shelters and rescues out and share their posts far and wide. They all need help!
In case you are interested. You can email us [email protected] or find her on the shelter web page at pets.wilco.org.
Either way, she would really appreciate some shares and help finding a new home.
She's going to be a medium to large girl and ❤️ to play fetch, ❤️ to bask in the sun, ❤️ walks and ❤️ hanging with her people. Still a puppy at 4 months, but very eager to learn and would ❤️ to find a family with structure that will teach her to be the perfect pet for a long and happy life!

New puppy from the Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter. Her name is Indie.
She has a few medical things going on so it's not clear yet if she will be here until those issues are taken care of, or if she will eventually go to rescue or adoption with a medical waiver. Whatever is best for Indie.
Until that is figured out she will hang out with us because it's more fun than being in the shelter as a little single puppy.
The staff said she is a happy energetic little girl and they all loved her.

A free well check and a free rabies voucher for for puppies that are too young is also included in the adoption. The fee for puppies is always $75. For dogs over 7 months of age (adults) there are always specials and the shelter determines what those specials are (see the shelter page for more information https://www.facebook.com/search/top/?q=williamson%20county%20regional%20animal%20shelter). Seniors are always free to seniors in the shelter’s “Senior to Senior” program.
We also post many of the other WCRAS pups that are in foster with other families. If one of our pups is not what you are looking for, you should visit the shelter personally. There are so many adoptables there, you are bound to find your new best friend.
