Growing up, my mom would make the most amazing tomato and mayo sandwiches every summer. Thick, juicy garden tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, it was the taste of summer.

We’re bringing that same nostalgic flavor back with our SUMMER CLASSIC CREPE, Fresh, ripe tomatoes, creamy mayonnaise, and just the right touch of salt and pepper, all wrapped in one of our delicate crêpes topped with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh basil.

We were delighted to welcome a wonderful group of Girl Scouts to the Creperie today. It was such a joy to share the crêpe experience with these amazing young ladies. Their smiles, laughter, and excitement made our day even more special.
