Captured Colors Glass

Custom project for a woman who worked on the set of “Baa Baa Blacksheep/Black Sheep Squadron” in the 70s. She even got to meet Pappy Boyington himself, who was often involved with directing the show. There are a few versions of the patch, but we decided the best looking one had the bigger sheep. Only one of these in stained glass in the world I bet (so far).

Finishing up a unique piece for a Navy Veteran. The US Navy’s Attack Squadron VA-75 “The Sunday Punchers”.

They were the first fleet squadron to operate the A-6 Intruder and the last unit to fly it in operational service.

I always like to use the embroidered patches as the inspiration for the design.
