Small Steps, Big Hopes is a new support group for adult survivors of abuse and/or neglect. The group is open to adults 20+ of all gender identities and meets bi-weekly starting September 2, 2026. Meetings held at The Brighter Tomorrows Center.

This will be a safe space to connect and process challenges alongside others who understand. You can expect reflective activities like art and guided discussions, access to a trained advocate for referrals and resources, and take-home activities to support you between sessions.
