We are pleased to announce the recipients of our Team Member of the Month program for the month of April!

Congratulations to Tim Geesey for receiving the award for 1st shift and Mel Robinson for receiving the award for 3rd shift! Tim was nominated by Austin Rupert and Mel was nominated by Cesar Castaneda.

Both Tim and Mel will receive a $100 visa gift card, framed certificate, and a Gettysburg Pella “Team Member of the Month” t-shirt in recognition of this outstanding achievement!

Attention Gettysburg Pella Team Members:

Beginning Monday, May 6th, we will be offering a $1,000 employee referral bonus for all referrals who are hired between May 6th and July 1st.

Team members who refer a new hire will receive the $1,000 bonus paid out in the following installments after the new hire starts at Gettysburg Pella:

Time of hire - $100
60 days - $150
90 days - $250
6 months - $500

Referred new hires will also receive a $500 bonus as part of this special referral program.

Yesterday, the Gettysburg Pella team celebrated National Tie Dye Day with some colorful attire!
