The countdown to Key City Steampunk Presents: Worlds of Tomorrow has officially begun! Before we know it, we'll be gathering in Gettysburg for an unforgettable weekend of adventure, creativity, and camaraderie.

(TL:DR? Here is the short skinny - Con rate room reservations END 7/22. Tickets go up at the door, buy early! Workshops may require sign up and OMG CHECK OUT OUR PACKED SCHEDULE, WHAT ARE U WAITING FOR? All the deets below)

Ahem...As we count down to August 7–9, we'd like to remind everyone of a few important items:

• Planning to stay at the Wyndham Gettysburg? Reserve your room before July 22! That's the deadline to receive the convention room rate, subject to availability. We've already increased our room block multiple times this year due to demand, and while we're thrilled by the response, we can only expand it so many times. Reserving early is the best way to secure both your room and the discounted convention rate.

• Don't wait to purchase your tickets! Ticket prices will increase at the door, and online ticket sales will end on August 6. In addition, VIP Tickets are limited to just 100 attendees. Once those VIP Tickets are sold out, they're gone—we cannot guarantee VIP Tickets will be available at the door.

• VIP Ticket Holders: If you've already purchased your VIP Ticket, you should have received an email with information about our exclusive VIP workshops and a link to submit your workshop preferences. Please complete your RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. We know there was a mix-up with the original RSVP link, but a corrected email was sent just minutes later. If you didn't receive either email or still need the correct RSVP link, please contact us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to help.

• Start planning your adventure! The convention schedule is now available, featuring dozens of panels, workshops, performances, games, special events, and entertainment throughout the weekend. Take a look now, start mapping out your must-see events, and watch for even more exciting announcements as we get closer to the convention! The Con-Track app will also be updated with this year's schedule soon, so if you haven't downloaded it yet, now is a great time to do so. You'll be able to browse events, build your own personalized schedule, and have the latest convention information right at your fingertips throughout the weekend.

• Workshop registration is now open! The complete workshop listing is available on our website, including descriptions, instructor information, and registration links. Please remember that some workshops have limited seating, require advance registration, and may include a materials fee, so don't wait to reserve your spot. Workshop Presenters: If you're offering a workshop and haven't yet sent us your registration link so it can be added to the website, this is your reminder—we need it as soon as possible so attendees can begin registering.

We're also working hard to have detailed descriptions for all scheduled events posted to the website this weekend, making it even easier to plan your perfect convention experience.
