If you decide that hiring a painting contractor is too expensive. Then the next several tips are for you.
TIP #2...cut the job down to size. You don't have to paint the whole house at once. Assess your time and resources and commit to doing what you can without taking shortcuts. Make the best of trying to enjoy painting as much as you can by not setting stringent or unrealistic goals. Divide the job into several smaller ones and enjoy. I know this seems like common sense but I have seen many customers come in and tell me their work load for the weekend. Many times they stop in for more tools or paint to find they did not get finished. Normally family, phone calls, kids, or Weather hindered them from completing the job. Just give yourself time, be as flexible as possible, take a breath, pace yourself and enjoy.
