🎭 Pull Back the Curtain… Meet the Wizards Behind Follow the Yellow Brick Road-eo! 🌪️🤠
First up… my right-hand gal, Alexis! 💛
If you’ve ever wondered who helps keep everything running behind the scenes, it’s probably Alexis. As my daughter, she’s been part of the line dance world since before she was even born (she really never had a choice! 😄).
Over the past few months, she’s had a front-row seat to the endless planning, phone calls, schedule changes, brainstorming sessions, and all the little details that go into creating Gettysburg Dance Rodeo. She’s seen firsthand just how much love, time, and thought has gone into every part of this weekend.
If you’re still on the fence about registering, Alexis will tell you this: it’s going to be worth it. Every decision has been made with the dancers in mind, and we truly can’t wait to share it with all of you.
Whether she’s answering questions, helping things run smoothly, or cheering everyone on from behind the scenes, Alexis is excited to welcome both familiar faces and first-time attendees for a weekend filled with dancing, laughter, and new friendships.

Whether it’s your very first competition or you’ve been competing for years, Gettysburg Dance Rodeo has a place for you! We have Beginner/Improver and Intermediate/Advanced divisions, plus a Novice category for dancers with fewer than five competitions under their belt.
This is all about challenging yourself, having fun, and cheering each other on. Come dance your best, meet some amazing people, and make some memories.
