We are hiring part-time customer service representatives.

Seeking customer service representatives to work from home placing out-going calls for clients from a confidential list; this is not cold calling.

Job description:

*Placing out-going phone calls to various businesses from a list of contacts provided by our client.
*Recording information in an Excel spread sheet.
*Forwarding any timely information, such as possible loss of business or direct contact requests, directly to the client via email.
*Pay is monthly based on total contacts made during that period.
*Representatives will be responsible for their own taxes.

Skills required:

*Excellent telephone skills.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
*Understanding the information the individual provides and recording an accurate statement on the Excel spreadsheet.
*Maintaining poise and professionalism when communicating with an irate or agitated contact.
*Working under a deadline.
*The ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a requirement.
