Building Stronger Athletes. One Rep at a Time.

Our RAW Middle School Athlete Program is officially underway, and these athletes are putting in the work! Today’s focus: Back Squats

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier weights—it’s about building confidence, improving movement, preventing injuries, and creating a foundation that will help athletes excel in any sport.

This is a 6-week program designed specifically for middle school athletes who want to become stronger, faster, more athletic, and more confident before their next season.

RAW Training is proud to present RAW’K FEST — an all-new CrossFit-style endurance competition designed to test your fitness, teamwork, grit, and strategy from start to finish. This years event will look a little different, but one thing remains the same - you can expect a great competitive event!

Grab a partner and prepare for a day packed with Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance, pacing, and synchronized teamwork. This isn’t just about strength or speed — the teams that can move efficiently, communicate well, and stay composed under fatigue will rise to the top.

Whether you’re looking to push yourself and try your first competitive event, compete alongside your friend, or throw down at a high level, RAW’K FEST will feature divisions designed for a wide range of athletes.

DIVISIONS
RX
Perfect for athletes who want the full competition experience and challenge of the event. This division includes lighter loads, and more approachable skill requirements — while still delivering an intense and rewarding test of fitness.

RX+
Built for advanced competitors ready to chase the fastest times and take on heavier loads, longer distances, and more advanced skills.
Top teams in each RX+ category will earn a CASH PRIZE.

TEAM OPTIONS
Teams may compete as:
Male / Male
Female / Female
Male / Female
Final rankings will be separated by both division and team type.

EVENT FORMAT
Teams will move through a continuous series of stations designed to challenge every aspect of fitness. Some stations will require athletes to split the work strategically, while others will demand synchronized effort and teamwork.

Your official time begins the moment you and your partner cross the starting timing pad — and every second counts.

Athletes will receive assigned heat times prior to the event. Plan to arrive no earlier than 60 min before your scheduled start time. After check-in, warm up and report to the starting corral 20 min before your heat begins.

Registration opens soon and full workout details will be released at that time.
