Every day, our staff work with compassion, professionalism, and respect to serve our communities. In return, we ask that all interactions with staff, volunteers, and fellow clients be conducted with the same respect.

✔ Water - 1 gallon per person per day
✔ 3-day supply of non-perishable food
✔ Medications + copies of prescriptions

✔ Flashlight and extra batteries
✔ Cash in small bills

✔ Change of clothes

At Combined Community Action and Meals on Wheels Rural Capital Area, fundraising helps bridge the gap between program funding and the true cost of serving older adults across our rural communities. At approximately $3 raised per meal, the funds generated from Casino Nite could help provide support for more than 2,600 meals delivered to seniors.

Those meals represent much more than food. They also mean:

❤️ Thousands of moments of connection and reassurance
❤️ Peace of mind for families who know someone is checking in on their loved one
