This lady’s house had some bad rot from the gable not being sheeted and the first piece of roof to wall flashing was missing. But we also noticed that her roof vents were rotted and could be possibly leaking as well. The framing has been horribly repaired and not done correctly. The rabbited beveled cedar siding was unavailable so we bought the 10” siding and rabbitted it ourselves then ripped it to 7 1/4” to match.
