Well hello hello!
Long time no post!😂
I have spent the beginning of this year being a busy little bee and making some changes within the studio to bring in some brand new energy to start the year off right!

One way to cleanse your energy is to start with your space—move things around frequently!

I am loving this layout and have noticed a HUGE difference in energy flow, which allows me to better tap in to the energy around me, including my clients and what they need.
I have been told by many of my wonderful clients that I am ✨magical✨ & ✨healing✨ *cue hair flip💁🏻‍♀️😂

They constantly express their appreciation for the energy I put into healing them individually, customizing each treatment to better serve each individual needs. I am BEYOND grateful to have such warm, supportive, and genuine clients!!

BUT, taking on the energy, pain, and tension from other does take a toll, so keeping the energy moving is vital!
You’ll be surprised at how much moving your space around energizes and heals you. As silly as it sounds, I consider this an important piece to maintaining wellness. Keeping an eye on stagnant energy will prevent energetic blockages that store in your body and begin to manifest physical symptoms.
I know, sounds silly, but it HELPS!
