Are you a woman ready to rebuild, recover, and thrive? The Starts With Love Foundation in Gilbert, AZ, has one female bed available starting June 12th for our supportive sober living program.

🏠 Our Home Offers:
• Spacious 2,753 sq ft house with 5 shared bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms
• Fully stocked kitchen
• Safe for valuables/meds, full-size appliances
• Located near Guadalupe & Recker, on Bus Line 108
• Pool for fun, relaxing vibes
🌱 Who We Serve:
• Men and women in recovery from substance use disorder
• Veterans
• Domestic violence survivors
• Returning citizens on probation/parole
• Those transitioning to Gilbert or AZ (some requirements may not apply)
📋 Program Highlights:
• Meetings: 5/week (employed) or 10/week (unemployed), including house meetings, gym workouts, therapy, or church
• Curfew
• Work/School: Find a job or enroll part-time in school
• Zero Tolerance: No substance use, including THC, drugs, or alcohol
• Chores
• Support: accountability for a clean & sober lifestyle
💸 Fees:
• One-time intake fee: $250
• Weekly bed/program fee: $225
• Monthly supply fee: $25 (toilet paper, soap, etc.)
• Zelle or cash accepted
🚨 Safety & Accountability:
• Random drug/alcohol testing
• Random searches
• No sexual harassment tolerated

Are you passionate about supporting adults on their recovery journey? We’re seeking a dedicated House Manager to join our team in Gilbert, AZ, and help create a safe, supportive environment for individuals in our recovery housing program.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee daily operations of a recovery home, ensuring a structured and positive environment
✅ Supervise and motivate staff to deliver exceptional support
✅ Assist residents with goal-setting, life skills, and maintaining sobriety
✅ Foster a sense of community and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Experience in recovery support (preferred)
🔹 Passion for helping adults in recovery rebuild their lives
🔹 Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
🔹 One-year of sobriety required
