Who doesn’t love that new home smell?
Did you know that when you buy a new build home it may not include an inspection? It is important to ensure this is included and if not ask for an inspection contingency (or better yet hire the right REALTOR®️to handle this for you).
Pre-drywall to ensure that everything inside your new walls is as it should be and then as late in the build as possible to be sure it is exactly the home you dreamed of!
After all that and your final walk through it will be move in day!!
