We're hiring for a unique e-commerce position which would entail phone / chat / email selling as well as post-sale customer service, shipping, and logistics. Qualifications:
Must have an innate talent for written and verbal communication as well as a passion for piano and music. Once you learn all of the selling points and features for our 10 Yamaha Clavinova products, you will need to have the ability to to respond to live chats, texts and emails, often in real time, with the purpose of matching the needs of the customer with the right product. The primary goal being to sell instruments, represent the Yamaha / Piano Guys brand well, and follow through on the shipping and logistics.
