Our current interest rates are the highest they've been since 2011 and 2018, this is true.

BUT... they are still relatively low compared to where they have been historically.

If there is anything to be learned about mortgage rates, it's that they are cyclical. Rates are ever-changing, so while they seem high now, chances are they will not stay that way forever.

Sometimes it is more important to focus on your comfort level, rather than the interest rate you're getting. You always have options in the future- one being refinancing. Don't let that stop you from buying now if you have the means and the opportunity, especially with the cooldowns we have seen in the buyer market.
