Another MEGA addition to the Phaser Marketing team.

Marija has officially signed a full time deal to join our already stacked Graphic Design department 🤘🏼

Marija brings 5 years of experience and a skillset that fits exactly how we operate. Creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on. The type of person who enjoys solving problems and making improvements.

Outside of design, she’s fixing projects around the house, very into cars, painting, drawing, and somehow became the go-to hairstylist for her friends. Just someone who naturally builds, creates, and improves.

She’ll be working alongside Stevan, Juana, and Mansi, continuing to strengthen and deepen a design team that’s already producing at a high level.

This move also allows us to continue sharpening roles across the team, with Mel transitioning horizontally into her full-time Marketing Assistant role (instead of splitting time) so everyone can stay focused, specialized, and operating in their zone.

We are so excited to add Marija’s expertise and personality to the squad!!! One day at a time we are all pushing to improve to be the best we can be.
