What is Banh Mi?
Banh Mi is a Vietnamese street food dated back to the 1800s, it's been a staple for Vietnamese street food to this day.
Our Banh Mi uses a 8in French baguette, crispy shell with a fluffy middle. With our house spread and pate paste. We stuff it with pickle carrots and daikon, jalapeno, cucumber, cilantro and your choice of proteins. We have a wide range variety from grilled pork, grilled beef, traditional cha Lua, char siu (bbq pork), to our dac biet. We even have egg sandwiches for vegetarians.
