🍛🌶Thai Yellow Curry🌶🍛

📝Directions:
If you want to have rice with it I would recommend Emporer's black rice or brown rice. Cook your rice as the directions on the package say. This takes 30 min so start it first. Dice up some ginger and garlic and throw that in a hot pan or wok. I like to cook without oils, so I just put enough water in the wok so the food doesn't stick and keep adding small amounts of water as it boils off. If you are going to use oil I would recommend coconut oil. Stirfry your favorite veggies. When the veggies are almost ready pour in your favorite curry sauce from you local health food store. When its hot serve it. I added black and white sesame seeds and some soaked jungle peanuts. If you don't have jungle peanuts just use cashews.

This is an extremely easy recipe and tastes amazing if you get a good curry. I posted a pic of the one I like. They carry this brand at most health food stores but I know for sure sprouts and whole foods both currently carry them. They have a yellow curry a red curry and a panang curry.
