First time making a pumpkin roll and let me just say the frustration was real lol. I contemplated giving up all things gluten free (sorry .g.43) 😆 but we made it!! And it is delicious 😋

Highly recommend Chef Thomas Keller’s Cup 4 Cup Pumpkin roll recipe! And anything from him including the best flour blends hands down!!

Easy Girl dinner: Trader Joe’s tortellini and vodka sauce with grassfed beef, spinach salad with a homemade red wine shallot dressing and crouts, boiled carrots in said red wine shallot dressing and added feta for fun 😆
