We’re excited to welcome Cassie to the YogaSpot family teaching Thursday 5:30am. ☀️ A little about her below.

Cassie first found yoga while searching for a way to slow down, quiet her mind, and create space to simply be present. What began as a workout quickly evolved into a lifelong practice—one that helps her reconnect with herself both on and off the mat.

As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, Cassie brings a thoughtful, grounded approach to her classes and a genuine love for helping others find connection through movement and breath.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her paddleboarding, hiking, traveling, or spending time with her best friend—her dog, Hadley. 🐾
