Thank you to everyone who joined us for Breakfast N Bobbers this morning at the Barn! Residents grabbed a tasty treat before taking their fishing poles out to the lake! 🥞🎣

Recently, unsafe behavior involving a golf cart and teenagers was observed on public community roads in the middle of traffic. These actions create serious safety risks for everyone involved and could lead to severe injury.

We ask parents to please speak to your children about golf cart safety and help monitor these activities within the community.

Residents can contact Gilbert Police when these situations arise to help ensure that safety remains a top priority for the community.

Beginning Thursday morning, sections of the Barn Lake sidewalk and pavilion concrete slabs will be under repair. A Board-approved vendor will be removing damaged or lifted concrete slabs and pouring new concrete in those areas.

This project is expected to take approximately 2–3 days to complete.

If you are in the area, you may notice active construction taking place. For your safety, please avoid all work zones and construction areas during this time.
