🐍🧪 Science is always an adventure in Little Green!

Today’s Summer Camp rotation was filled with hands-on discovery! Our little scientists explored the fascinating world of snakes by learning how snakes shed their skin as they grow—even young snakes! Campers created their own “shedding snakes” using glue, then peeled away the dried layer to experience the process through sensory play.

We also stretched, squished, and experimented with slime bubbles while exploring textures, making predictions, and discovering simple STEM concepts through play. To top it off, our campers rotated through exciting space-themed games and science activities that encouraged creativity, curiosity, teamwork, and problem-solving.

At Wilkins, we believe children learn best when they can touch, explore, create, and ask questions. Every Summer Camp rotation is designed to inspire a lifelong love of science and discovery! 🌎🚀🫧💚

🤠🌵 Yeehaw! Our Wild Western Cowboy Day was one for the books! From boots and bandanas to cowboy hats and big smiles, our little cowboys and cowgirls brought the Wild West to life.

Watching children use their imaginations through dress-up is one of the most beautiful parts of childhood. It builds confidence, encourages creativity, sparks storytelling, and lets them step into a world where anything is possible. Seeing their excitement as they embraced the theme reminded us that learning happens best when it’s filled with joy, play, and imagination. 🐎🐎 #
