Not every crack is the same. This Corvette had been in an accident and developed a frame crack just ahead of the rear axle. Other cracks had already been repaired elsewhere, but this one required a different approach. I was able to repair the damaged section and get the frame structurally sound again, so the owner could move forward with confidence.

This project was a custom AC mounting frame fabricated from 6โ€x2โ€ rectangular steel tubing, cut at 45 degrees and welded into a 20โ€x20โ€ square. Installed inside an aluminum trailer, it provides a strong, stable base for an upcoming AC unit.

This project involved digging and setting two posts, then installing a custom galvanized steel gate and fence to safely separate horses. Galvanized tubing ensures long-term resistance to weather, wear, and daily ranch use.

Not every gate install is straightforward. This project required fitting a custom steel post between two masonry pillars where a standard size wouldnโ€™t work. I fabricated a 2โ€ square tubing post to fit the opening, welded bolt tabs for secure anchoring, and installed heavy-duty hinges for long-term durability and smooth function. When space is tight and precision matters, custom fabrication makes the difference.

These RV airbag suspensions werenโ€™t doing their job. They were only hitting part of the frame. I fixed it by welding in 6โ€x6โ€ plates and 2โ€ angle iron across all four mounts to give proper support where it actually matters. Less sway. Better load handling. Smoother ride.

The client wanted to be able to see through the gate whether it was open or closed, especially with people coming in and out of the office. I built a custom metal window that keeps things secure while still giving them a clear line of sight.

If you need something built to fit your exact setup, I can help with that.

I handled a puncture repair on a pontoon boat by reinforcing the hole with TIG welding and a welded patch plate. Drilling around the damaged area helped prep the metal for a clean weld. After welding and grinding everything smooth, the hull was made structurally sound again. These kinds of metal repairs make sure your boat stays strong and ready for the water without unnecessary trips to a shop.

This truck bed shifted sideways while driving. The original welds failed, throwing everything out of alignment.

I straightened the bed back parallel with the frame and reinforced it with additional welds along the rails so itโ€™s solid again and ready for work.

The jackhammer attachment on this machine kept slipping off because the steel plates were worn out over time. I reinforced it with 1/2โ€ plates on both sides to hold everything solid again and make sure itโ€™s safe for the crew to keep using. Not every job is pretty, but keeping people safe on site always comes first.

These posts needed to be brought up to the current code. I trimmed the posts to 42โ€, bolted new plates into the concrete, added top and middle rails, and finished it with a galvanized coating to help fight rust. Safe, clean, and built to last.
