💥Hip Thrust Do’s and Dont’s 💥
DO
- Keep your chin tucked
- Envision your hips being pushed up and forward
- Extend the hips until your body is parallel with the floor
- Make sure your shins are roughly vertical to the ground
DON’T
- Lean your head back
- Envision your hips being pushed up and back
- Over extend the hips where it breaks parallel
- Let your feet become too for forward or behind you
