This is how it works:
It’s a rep ladder! Perform 1 rep of the 1st exercise, then 1 rep of the 2nd exercise, then 2 reps of the 1st exercise and 2 reps of 2nd, and repeat until you get through 12 reps of each. Then repeat just 12 reps of the previous days. Have fun!!!!

Day 10 - Plank w/ Alternating Shoulder Taps by Skater Jumps
Day 9 - Alternating Step Ups by Hop Ups
Day 8 - Off Chair Tri-Dips by Jumping Jacks
Day 7 - Alt. Curtsy Lunge by Pendulum Kicks
Day 6 - Crunch by Squat Thrusts
Day 5 - Alt. Forward Lunges by Mogul Jumps
Day 4 - Plank Tucks by 180 Degree Squat Jumps
Day 3 - Glute Bridge by Mtn Climbers
Day 2 - Push-ups by Pop Squats
Day 1 - Squats by Burpees
