Sam Larson with Powder River Construction was instrumental in putting this class together. The idea started in a NEWCA meeting and Sam made it happen. Thanks to Gillette College for partnering with us to make this class a reality.

Vibrant Community Assessment

This survey is intended to provide a high-level assessment of the community from several different perspectives (city leadership, staff, citizens, partners, etc). The survey consists of 14 questions and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The results will be discussed in upcoming meetings and used to set a baseline and initial priorities for the planning process. This survey is vital because it provides the most complete picture of what Gillette residents see in their community today and where improvements should be focused. This survey is based on the book Building A Vibrant Community: How Citizen-Powered Change Is Reshaping America by Quint Studer.
