We asked Victor what his "why" was for pursuing a career supporting Wyoming youth.

"My “why” is the feeling of obligation to help others when I am in a position to make a difference. I believe that when we have the ability to support others, we have an opportunity to create meaningful change in their lives."

We are excited to officially welcome Mariana Barajas to Wyoming Unity Solutions as an in-network Family Care Coordinator!

If you've spent any time in our community, chances are you've already crossed paths with Mariana. She wears many hats and serves youth and families in countless ways. Whether she's providing overnight support, working as a paraprofessional, advocating for youth, or simply showing up when someone needs encouragement, Mariana consistently leads with compassion, patience, and a genuine heart for helping others.

As a bilingual provider, Mariana helps bridge gaps for Spanish-speaking families and ensures that more youth and caregivers have access to services in a way that feels comfortable, understood, and supported.

We are proud to have her as part of Wyoming Unity Solutions and look forward to the impact she will continue to make in the lives of Wyoming families.

We’re excited to welcome Ali Carter to the Wyoming Unity Solutions team as a Youth Support Partner!

Ali is home for the summer and will be working directly with some of our enrolled youth. She recently earned her first Bachelor’s degree in Biology and will continue her education as she pursues a career in Veterinary Medicine.

What stood out to us most about Ali isn’t just her accomplishments, but her genuine compassion for others. She brings lived experience, a servant’s heart, and a natural ability to connect with young people. We know she will be a strong advocate, positive role model, and supportive presence for the youth and families we serve.

As the need for youth support continues to grow in our communities, we are grateful to have Ali join our team and help expand those services.
