At Infinity Staffing, we're expanding our Arizona operations and looking for an experienced Account Manager / Business Development Professional to help drive our next phase of growth.
If you have a proven track record in the staffing industry and established relationships within light industrial, food manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or hospitality, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do

✔ Develop and grow new business opportunities throughout Arizona

✔ Build and maintain long-term client partnerships

✔Deliver workforce solutions tailored to clients' hiring needs

Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure exceptional service and successful placements

What We're Looking For

✔ 3+ years of staffing industry sales or business development experience

✔ Established network within Arizona's light industrial and/or hospitality sectors

✔ Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

✔ Self-motivated, results-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset

✔ Passion for helping clients solve workforce challenges

✔ Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
